Fresno City Council President Mike Karbassi shared his vision for 2025 at Thursday’s swearing-in ceremony at City Hall.
Tyler Maxwell, who is beginning his second term, and newly elected councilmember Nick Richardson were also sworn in, as was second-term Mayor Jerry Dyer.
