Detectives with the Central California Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force arrested a Fresno couple Dec. 13 on multiple child exploitation charges, the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office said in a statement.

Robinson Thao, 26, remains in the Fresno County Jail following his arrest, while his wife, Lily Chang, 24, posted bond and was released on Dec. 14, authorities said.

The Fresno County District Attorney’s Office has filed criminal charges against both suspects.

Thao faces multiple felony charges, including sodomy of a child under 14, oral copulation with a child under 14, lewd and lascivious acts with a child under 14, arranging to meet a minor for sexual purposes, and possession of child sexual abuse material. Chang is charged with a felony count of possessing CSAM.

Chang had been employed at a Fresno childcare center, though detectives have not uncovered evidence of criminal conduct against children at her workplace.
