New evacuation orders and warnings were issued for Fresno County's growing Boone Fire on Sept. 5, 2024. (Facebook/City of Coalinga)

The Boone Fire in Fresno County is being reported to be at 12,252 acres and 5% containment, according to Cal Fire.

There are 66 engines, 44 water tenders, 16 helicopters, 23 dozers, 30 hand crews, and 1,071 personnel working on containment.
