A new California lottery that helps folks buy their first home is up and running.
The “Dream For All” program is accepting applications online for a fund totaling $250 million.
In 2023, the down payment fund ran out of money in 11 days.
The program offers up to 20% for down payment or closing costs, not to exceed $150,000.
To sign up for the lottery go to dreamforallvoucher.org/2024.
