Opposition to a pending income-based fixed charge on Californians’ utility bills surfaced Monday in a letter from the California Senate Republican Caucus to Gov. Gavin Newsom. During the November 29th edition of  Wired Wednesday, Nancy Price speaks with Jim De La Vega about how these fixed charges will affect consumers.
