The Standard Shows Off Its 'Melting Pot' Menu After New Renovations

The Takeaway:

The Standard shut down in July for a four-month remodeling project. It recently reopened its doors, with a Nov. 8 formal ribbon cutting.
Changes include the lounge, bathrooms, patios, and the kitchen.
The wide range of entrees includes American, Mexican, and Italian dishes. The Standard’s general manager, Raj Bisla, says the menu reflects Fresno’s “melting pot” population.
