President Biden stirred social media Tuesday afternoon after making a joke about running a reporter over with a pickup truck.

During a visit to the Ford electric vehicle plant in Dearborn, Mich., President Biden had the opportunity to test-drive the company’s new F-150 Lightning pickup truck.

While President Biden was sitting in the driver’s seat, a reporter asked the president if she could ask him a question about Israel. Biden responded, “no, you can’t, not unless you get in front of the car as I step on it. I’m only teasing.”

The joke sparked comments on social media, with some claiming former President Trump would have been treated differently by the media if he had made the same comment.
