McClintock on Political Civility

This past weekend, Congressman Tom McClintock (R-Mariposa/Roseville) held a town hall meeting in Roseville that ended with McClintock leaving with a police escort. Citizens were upset over the pending cuts to Obamacare.
On the House floor on Tuesday (February 7), McClintock gave a short speech about the need for civility in political discourse.
