Fresno City Council approves Sikh Genocide Resolution

The Fresno City Council approved a resolution on Thursday which recognized the killing of thousands of Sikhs in India in 1984. The resolution was originally introduced by Councilman Clint Olivier 9 months ago, and had been tabled again in June after a visit by the Indian Consul from San Francisco in June.
