The telethon is one of the larger fundraisers for the hospital. The biggest is the annual Kids Day event, held each spring, in which special editions of The Fresno Bee are sold by hundreds of volunteers throughout the Valley. The event is co-sponsored by The Bee and ABC30. This year, the 32nd edition of Kids Day pulled in a record $634,301.82.
