House Republicans accused of sabotaging own policies to hurt President Biden.

Republicans’ actions seen as weakening America and aiding its enemies.

Rejection of border bill also hampers aid to Ukraine amid war with Russia.

House Republicans have been accused of undermining their own policy priorities to politically damage President Joe Biden, according to a recent report.

The GOP’s strategy, which involved linking a bill for military aid to Ukraine with immigration issues, was intended to force Democrats into a tough negotiation. However, when a bipartisan group of senators proposed a compromise that aligned with Republican objectives, the House leadership rejected it. Critics suggest this move was influenced by Donald Trump’s desire to exploit border chaos for electoral gain.

The rejection of the bill not only hampers efforts to control immigration but also delays crucial aid to Ukraine, which is defending itself against Russian aggression. This political maneuvering is seen as weakening America’s position and emboldening its adversaries.
