Getting mental health care has never been easy in Fresno and many other parts of California.

GV Wire’s Edward Smith reported this week about the new challenges created for patients — particularly teens — by the state’s Medi-Cal payment reform program.

On Wednesday, Smith talked about the long waits for mental health care with Fox26 “Great Day” anchor Jim De La Vega.
