ChatGPT experienced a possible outage Friday, according to Downdetector.com.
More than 2,700 users had reported problems with the platform as of 3:55 p.m. PT, according to Downdetector, which tracks outages by collecting status reports from multiple sources.
ChatGPT’s status checker says that they are not aware of any issues.
Update at 4:03 p.m.
More than 4,000 users have now reported an issue with ChatGPT.
The status checker now indicates problems with Codex. The checker says, “We have identified that users are experiencing elevated errors for the impacted services. We are working on implementing a mitigation.”
Update at 4:25 p.m.
Nearly 8,000 users have now reported an issue with ChatGPT.
The platform’s status checker now says, “Login via API key will unblock access at this time.”
