Rancho La Gloria is donating $20,000 to the Hispanic Heritage Foundation’s Leaders on Fast Track program as part of a new partnership focused on supporting and empowering Latino leaders.

The contribution, announced during National Hispanic Heritage Month, marks the company’s first year partnering with the Hispanic Heritage Foundation, a national nonprofit recognized by The White House, U.S. Congress, Fortune 500 companies and the government of Mexico for its leadership in education, workforce development and cultural advancement since 1988.

“We are proud to partner with the Hispanic Heritage Foundation, an organization that is making a real impact,” said Joey Pariss, chief marketing officer of Rancho La Gloria. “Specifically, supporting the Leaders on Fast Track initiative allows us to align our celebration of heritage with the goal of highlighting and empowering the Latino leaders of today.”

The LOFT program connects more than 300,000 students and young professionals across 10 tracks — including business, education, sustainability, technology and public service — with mentors, resources, workshops and internships.

“Our goal is to shine a light on the community’s history and support its future by providing Latino professionals and students with crucial resources,” Pariss said. “The HHF’s LOFT initiative is a key program dedicated to empowering Latino leaders through comprehensive leadership development, mentorship, and community-building programs.”

About Rancho La Gloria

Named after the Rancho La Gloria Hotel, the company is known for creating the original Margarita and for pioneering agave wine-based ready-to-drink cocktails, their website said. It continues to expand with products such as canned cocktails.

Pariss said the donation reflects the company’s commitment to community impact, which he described as central to Patco Brands’ identity. “At Patco Brands, we are a family business with an entrepreneurial spirit and giving back is part of our mission and DNA as a company,” he said.

“When we met HHF and learned about their vast variety of programs supporting the Hispanic community, especially towards developing entrepreneurs and future leaders, we knew it was a fit for our company and a mission we believed in,” Pariss said.

Rancho La Gloria’s Sausalito-based headquarters, which Pariss said it is known for its open and creative environment, plays a key role in driving the brand’s innovation and community initiatives.

“It’s not a place full of egos, cubicles and a stuffy corporate feeling — but more a creative area for everyone to work and collaborate openly,” Pariss said.

Rancho La Gloria said this partnership is part of a broader commitment to championing Hispanic heritage and investing in the future of the community that has shaped the brand’s identity.
