While Wall Street may be shedding green, Fresno County is embracing it. It’s the time of the year when the Central Valley shows off how verdant the area can be.

A short drive up Highway 180 and one can see how a strong rainy season turns fields and hillsides into vibrant palettes of green. A sudden turn toward Orange Cove and into Yokuts Valley can showcase the grasses, wildflowers, and wildlife that make Fresno County beautiful.
