Rising interest rates and California’s housing shortage are squeezing home buyers.

To help keep the American Dream alive in Fresno and Clovis, Granville Homes rolled out a new incentive for Hometown Heroes on Wednesday.

It’s a $1,500 credit toward a new Granville for workers in the following public service fields: U.S. military, law enforcement, medical professionals, firefighters, educators, and public/civil servants.

Call (559) 445-9000 to speak with a Granville sales associate, or visit a Granville model center for more information.

(Disclosure: GV Wire Publisher Darius Assemi is CEO and president of Granville Homes.)
