Ten local vendors will bring their wares together in northwest Fresno to give shoppers more options for Small Business Saturday.

The Seasons Mercantile group will be at the northwest corner of Bullard and Marks avenues selling seasonal gifts and treats on Saturday, 10 a.m.-6 p.m., and Sunday, noon to 5 p.m.

They’ll offer everything from linens to jewelry to ornaments and soup and tea mixes, many handcrafted.

“The excitement is building as we prepare for the holiday market. We’ve created a fun and festive environment where shoppers can browse for one-of-a-kind gifts, decorations, and accessories while enjoying holiday music and sipping a mimosa,” said Blair Sobba, owner of Vintage Bird and the event organizer.

Pop-Up Event Perfect for Holiday Shopping

Sobba organized the different vendors Nov. 23 for the group’s first event, said Suzanne Crosina-Sahm, vendor with Seasons Mercantile. She and Sobba had known each other since college. They met up again at a vendor event.

Crosina-Sahm specializes in linens and china through her pop-up My Bella Festa.

Knowing the property owner, Sobba worked it out so she and other vendors could use vacant space at the strip mall with Ding Ho Kitchen and El Mariachi Mexican restaurant.

“We have anything for the holidays — beautiful decorations, dishes, linens, gift ideas, lots of little gifts for hostess gifts, for teachers gifts, ornaments, people go to ornament exchanges this time of year,” Crosina-Sahm said.

Event to Be First of Many

After hosting the holiday-themed pop-up, the vendors with Seasons Mercantile plan to have ongoing events. Crosina-Sahm said they’ll likely do one in February 2025 ahead of Valentine’s Day and then monthly until the weather gets too hot.

Here is a list of the vendors:

  • Amy’s Cookies
  • Janette’s Marketplace
  • My Bella Festa
  • Pinky’s Decor & More
  • RCT
  • Treasures Again From Jo
  • The Super Thrifter
  • Theatricality Fresno
  • Vintage Bird
  • Vivily Vintage
