Tony’s introduction to wine came through sheer curiosity and a bit of luck. He didn’t just sip and swirl his way to success; he hit the books at Fresno State and UC Davis, immersing himself in the science of winemaking. Unlike your average wine hobbyist, Tony had a clear vision: he wanted his own winery. This wasn’t some mid-life crisis hobby; it was a full-blown obsession. If winemaking were a crime, Tony would’ve been a repeat offender.
