One Suspect Surrenders in Deadly Fresno Liquor Store Shooting

Sakilian Drum, who was wanted in connection with a deadly shooting in Fresno, surrendered to authorities on Sunday evening, police said.
Drum, 20, turned himself in at the Fresno County Jail, where he was booked on three felonies. Bail was set at $175,000.
A second suspect, Malik Upshaw, remains at-large, authorities said.
The shooting occurred Thursday night in the Bulldog Liquor parking lot at Shaw and Fresno avenues. An argument among the men preceded the shooting, police said.
Police responded to a ShotSpotter activation and found 25-year-old Muhammad Muhtaraam-Conley with a gunshot wound to his upper body. He died at a local hospital.
