Claude AI experienced a possible outage Monday, according to Downdetector.com.

More than 2,000 users had reported problems with the platform as of 2:40 p.m. PT, according to Downdetector, which tracks outages by collecting status reports from multiple sources.

Most users who reported an issue to Downdetector said that they had issues with Claude Chat.

The platform’s status checker says, “We are investigating an outage affecting features such as document creation in claude.ai, Cowork Remote, Claude Code Remote, and Claude Design.”
