Xfinity experienced a possible outage Monday, according to Downdetector.com.
More than 12,000 users had reported problems with the platform as of 1:03 p.m. PT, according to Downdetector, which tracks outages by collecting status reports from multiple sources.
Most users reporting a problem said they are experiencing TV connection issues.
Update at 1:11 p.m.
More than 18,000 users have now reported an issue with Xfinity.
The Xfinity status map is currently not loading from their website.
Update at 1:19 p.m.
More than 24,000 users have now reported an issue with the service.
Update at 1:22 p.m.
More than 30,000 users have now reported an issue with Xfinity. No comment from the company has been made public as of this update.
Update at 1:28 p.m.
More than 45,000 users have now reported an issue. Xfinity has not responded to GV Wire’s request at this time.
Update at 1:35 p.m.
Nearly 60,000 users have now reported an issue. Most users are still reporting issues with their TV connection.
Update at 1:45 p.m.
More than 70,000 users have reported service disruptions. Several customers told GV Wire that calls to Xfinity’s customer support line were being disconnected before they could reach a representative.
Update at 1:57 p.m.
Reports are starting to decline on Downdetector while customers have said their television service is beginning to work as normal.
