Visalia police are asking for the public’s help identifying a man accused of filling a shopping cart with hardware items at a Walmart on Mooney Boulevard a few weeks ago.

He then made a phone call, exiting through an emergency door, and loading the merchandise into a gray Chevrolet SUV before leaving without paying.

Investigators said another person arrived in the SUV after the call and assisted in loading the stolen items.

Investigators said a gray Chevrolet SUV was used in the theft, with a second person arriving after a phone call to help load the stolen merchandise before both left the scene. (Visalia PD)
