Slack, a messaging and communications platform, experienced a possible outage Thursday, with thousands of users reporting issues, according to Downdetector.com.

More than 2,000 users had reported problems with the platform as of 7:35 a.m. PT, according to Downdetector, which tracks outages by collecting status reports from multiple sources.

Most users reported issues with sending and receiving messages.

On the platforms status page, it shows that there is an issue with messaging and apps/integrations/APIs.

Update at 7:51 a.m.

More than 4,000 users have now reported an issue with Slack.
