The number 2 lane of northbound Interstate 5 north of Jayne Avenue was closed Thursday following a solo traffic collision in Fresno County, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The estimated time for reopening the lane was undetermined, CHP-Coalinga said in a traffic advisory.

Motorists traveling through the area should expect delays, authorities said.
