Spotify experienced a possible outage Tuesday, with thousands of users reporting issues, according to Downdetector.com.

More than 7,000 users had reported problems with the platform as of 10:30 a.m. PT, according to Downdetector, which tracks outages by collecting status reports from multiple sources.

Most users reporting issues say they’re experiencing problems with the mobile application.

On X, Spotify said, “We’re aware of some issues right now with the app and are checking them out!”

More than 11,000 users have now reported an issue with Spotify.

Update at 10:41 a.m.

More than 20,000 users have now reported an issue with the platform. No additional updates from the Spotify Status X account have been given at this time.

Update at 10:48 a.m.

More than 27,000 have reported an issue with the platform.

Update at 10:56 a.m.

Reports have begun to slow as more than 30,000 users reported an issue with the platform.
