Intersection Crash in Porterville Area Leaves Minor Injuries, CHP Says

A truck tractor and passenger vehicle collided at a Porterville intersection Monday, Feb. 16, 2026, with those involved suffering only minor injuries, CHP said. (CHP)

A truck tractor and a passenger vehicle were involved in an intersection crash earlier Monday, according to Porterville-area CHP.

Authorities said those involved walked away with minor injuries.

“By the look of the damage, everyone is lucky to be alive,” the agency said in a statement.

Officials urged drivers to exercise caution at intersections and obey all traffic laws.
