Two men were arrested after police say they unlawfully entered a business and tampered with a vehicle in Madera on Thursday, authorities said.
Madera Police Department officers responded to a report of subjects unlawfully entering a business in the 800 block of S. Gateway Drive. Police said surveillance footage showed the suspects entering a vehicle that did not belong to them and was stored on the property.
Officers arrived and found both suspects hiding inside the vehicle, police said. The men were taken into custody without incident.
Police identified the suspects as Daniel Gonzales, 40, and Sebastian Aguilar-Terrero, 20. Both were booked into the Madera County Jail on charges of trespassing, vehicle tampering, and theft.
