With his 1-year-old dark good looks, Shadow has a touch of enchanting mystique. But it’s his heart of gold that makes him a lovable charmer!

This super soft boy is black as a deep night sky tipped with silver like he’s been kissed by moonlight.

He’s a sweet, affectionate, and classic — one of six beautiful kittens born in a large overturned flowerpot to a young tabby mom.

The people with the flowerpot couldn’t keep the kittens, so they came to The Cat House on the Kings and the baby cats went to one of our loving foster homes.

It’s no surprise that happy romps, games, and explorations occupy much of Shadow’s day. He does well with other energetic cats and loves small children. However, he hasn’t been exposed to dogs.

Don’t be surprised if you have a funny helper, especially with chores like clothes folding, because Shadow likes to be nearby and useful where possible!

When it’s time to relax, he’ll hope to snuggle into a welcoming lap or a cozy corner for a nice nap.
