Visalia Police Arrest Armed Robbery Suspect at Long John Silver’s

A man was arrested Friday evening after allegedly robbing a Visalia Long John Silver’s at knifepoint and attempting to flee through nearby backyards, the Visalia Police Department reported.

Officers responded at 6:52 p.m. to the restaurant following reports that a man had threatened employees with a knife and demanded money.

Employees handed over $110 before the suspect fled on foot.

Police located the man running through residential backyards near the intersection of Dorothea Avenue and Divisadero Street.

Officers arrested Noah Robinson, 38, shortly after and recovered the stolen cash from his pants pocket.

Robinson was booked into the Tulare County Adult Pre-Trial Facility on suspicion of robbery and resisting arrest.
