A man was shot Tuesday morning outside the Bethlehem Center on Dinuba Boulevard in Visalia, prompting an active police investigation.
Officers with the Visalia Police Department responded to reports of a shooting just before 7:30 a.m. and found a man suffering from a gunshot wound.
He was taken to Kaweah Health for treatment. His condition has not been released.
Authorities are urging the public to avoid the area while the investigation is ongoing.
