Fresno DUI Arrest Made After Intoxicated Employee Causes Commotion at Work

Fresno police arrested a person on suspicion of driving under the influence after the individual showed up to work intoxicated Tuesday morning and caused a disturbance.

Officers received a call around 7:30 a.m. of a report of an intoxicated employee at a local business on West Herndon Avenue. Police said the call came from the North Point Surgery Center.

Police say the suspect appeared under the influence and had struck another vehicle while entering the business park.

The suspect was arrested on suspicion of DUI and the vehicle was towed from the scene.
