Steven Gilbert Reinhart was taken into custody without incident late Tuesday by the Fresno Police Department after fire investigators identified him as the suspect.
The blaze broke out Saturday at the southwest corner of Cesar Chavez Boulevard and Van Ness Avenue, according to officials.
Reinhart faces seven felony counts of arson and is being held at the Fresno County Jail on $290,000 bail.
