The Fresno County Sheriff-Coroner’s Office has identified the two who died as Andrew Webb, 19, of Fresno, and Adrian Labra Jr., 19, who was recently living in the Sacramento area.
Authorities said that Luis Felix, 18, of Fresno, is facing four felony charges. One charge is for evading police and three for evading police that resulted in death or injury.
His bail is set at $355,000.

Two people were killed and several others injured in a multi-vehicle crash late Saturday night that may have involved alcohol, authorities said.
The California Highway Patrol said the crash occurred around 9:40 p.m. at the intersection of Temperance and Belmont avenues.

Luis Felix, 18, of Fresno, was driving a Dodge Charger southbound at high speed when he struck the rear of a Toyota Camry stopped at a stop sign, causing the Toyota to spin and stop on the southwest corner of the intersection.
The Dodge then crashed into a northbound Chevrolet Tahoe before coming to rest in the intersection.
Two 19-year-old male passengers in the Dodge were pronounced dead at the scene, officials said.
Clovis police were pursuing Felix before the collision and will lead the investigation, authorities said.

A third passenger, 20, was critically injured, while a fourth, who was wearing a seatbelt, suffered minor injuries. Felix sustained major injuries and was transported to Community Regional Medical Center.
Investigators suspect that Felix was driving under the influence.

The driver and an adult female passenger in the Tahoe suffered moderate injuries, while three children — ages 9, 4, and 1 — had minor injuries, CHP said.
The Toyota’s driver was also treated for minor injuries.
