Clovis police have arrested a 26-year-old man and served four search warrants over the past two days in connection with separate investigations into child sexual exploitation material, authorities said.

Detectives arrested Able Snowden of Clovis on felony charges of possessing child sexual exploitation material, the Clovis Police Department said Wednesday.

Snowden was booked into the Fresno County Jail.

The investigations stemmed from tips provided to Clovis police by the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.

Electronic devices seized during the searches will be analyzed by digital forensic specialists for further evidence.

Clovis police said they routinely receive and investigate tips regarding such material, with cases handled by specially trained detectives.

Authorities urged anyone with information about the possession of child sexual exploitation material to contact local law enforcement.
