A Fresno man pleaded guilty Monday to sexually exploiting a minor, admitting he coerced a 15-year-old in Missouri into sending explicit images, federal prosecutors said.

Peter Yang, 34, used the gaming platform “Among Us” to contact the victim, later communicating through Discord and FaceTime between November 2021 and March 2022, according to court documents.
Prosecutors said that Yang coerced the 15-year-old victim into creating and sending sexually explicit images.

Yang discussed traveling from California to Missouri to meet the victim at a motel, the statement said.
Yang is scheduled for sentencing on July 14, and faces up to 30 years in prison and a $250,000 fine for sexual exploitation of a minor, prosecutors said.
