GV Wire’s Edward Smith talks with KMPH Fox 26 “Great Day” anchor Jim De La Vega about how the number of homeless veterans is declining and what factors are contributing to this outcome.

Veteran groups are coming together to provide wraparound services including eye exams, haircuts, and peer support help for homeless veterans.

The federal Department of Housing and Urban Development confirms that these services are making a difference to reduce the homeless veteran population.
