The Tulare County Sheriff’s Office has reported that Tristin Hanson has been found.

Original Story

Tulare County Sheriff’s Office detectives are searching for Tristin Hanson, an at-risk adult reported missing Thursday evening, they said in a Friday morning statement.

Deputies were contacted by Hanson’s family, who said he had voluntarily checked into Kaweah Delta Hospital on Wednesday for a health evaluation.

When family members called the hospital Thursday, they learned Hanson had left the facility on foot.

Hanson, who struggles with mental health issues, has been listed in the Missing and Unidentified Persons System as an at-risk missing person, according to authorities.

He was last seen in Visalia wearing a black and red hoodie, black beanie, and black pants.
