GV Wire’s Edward Smith talks with KMPH Fox 26 “Great Day” anchor Jim De La Vega about plans for the old IRS campus in southeast Fresno.
Owners of the property hope to build entry-level homes there.
The IRS building and its surrounding area is roughly 60 acres, which can fit about 460 single-family homes.
The property is said to be valued at $6 million.
