Time is running out to enter Wednesday night’s drawing for the Granville Home of Hope, a new 2,133 square-foot home in Parc West.

The Granville Home of Hope has raised $8.4 million since its inception in 2006, with every penny of all ticket sales going to provide food, shelter, health care, and education to those in need.

Tickets for Granville Homes’ yearly fundraiser for nine local nonprofits are $100 each and can be purchased by calling (559) 440-8388.

In addition, you can buy tickets in person at these locations.

The Granville Home of Hope has raised $8.4 million since its inception in 2006, with every penny of all ticket sales going to provide food, shelter, health care, and education to those in need.

The Granville Home of Hope

This year’s Granville Home of Hope includes:

  • 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 3-car garage
  • Dining room
  • Backyard landscaping and 210 sq. ft. covered patio
  • Quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and custom pantry package
  • Custom owner’s wardrobe
  • Wood plank tile
  • Surround sound speakers
  • 6.3 kW solar system
  • Granville Eco-Smart technology

In addition to awarding the grand prize home, 20 additional prizes will be drawn in a live broadcast beginning at 6:30 p.m. on KSEE 24.

Parc West is Granville’s newest community at 7242 W. Ashcroft Ave. It is near Justin Garza High School in the Central Unified School District.
