Granville Realty, a division of Granville Homes, is set to unveil its latest development, the Sofia luxury apartment complex, in southeast Fresno.

Sofia features 90 two-bedroom units designed for modern living. According to the Sofia website, each unit includes private garages, solar panels, and access to 1-GIG Wi-Fi throughout the community.

Amenities at Sofia include a gym, putting green, dog park, dog washing station, and more.

During the ceremony, Councilmember Nelson Esparza’s office presented Granville Homes with a certificate in recognition of the new development.
