Donald Franklin, 37, of Visalia, has been arraigned on new criminal charges following allegations of residential burglary.

Franklin is accused of burglarizing a Visalia home on two separate occasions, on July 6 and July 8. He faces two felony counts of residential burglary, along with numerous special allegations related to the incident and his extensive criminal history.
His record includes multiple convictions in Tulare and Kings counties since 2005, including burglary, robbery, theft, false imprisonment, grand theft, auto theft, and possession of stolen property.

Paroled on May 8, after serving time for a 2023 residential burglary conviction, Franklin entered a not-guilty plea at his arraignment.
His bail is set at $100,000 and he remains in custody on a parole hold at the Tulare County Adult Pre-Trial Facility.
