Four-year-old Ronald Walker died Monday at a Reedley hospital after being found unresponsive at a private pond in Yokuts Valley, authorities said.
The Fresno County Sheriff’s Office reported Tuesday that family members performed CPR and took the child to Highway 180 and Piedra to meet an ambulance, which transported him to Adventist Health Reedley.
Deputies said that family members said the boy was missing for about 10 minutes before they found him in the water shortly before noon.
The property is in the 30000 block of George Smith Road in Squaw Valley.
