Fresno police are searching for an 18-year-old man in the shooting death of Luis Valencia, 51, on Nov. 27.

Homicide detectives have identified Phillip Bautista as being responsible for the fatal shooting, Lt. Bill Dooley said in a news release.
“We ask anyone with information on Bautista to call the Fresno Police Department,” Dooley said.
Officers found Valencia shot in the 2700 block of East Clinton Avenue across from the VA Hospital shortly after 10 p.m. He later died at Community Regional Medical Center.
