MyPillow is selling off a bunch of equipment and renting out some of its manufacturing equipment spaces the company has lost a ton of business in what the CEO calls a “massive, massive cancellation.”
The CEO, Mike Lindell, says they’ve lost $100 million due to stores no longer selling their products. This happened after Lindell kept saying that the 2020 election was stolen from former President Donald Trump.
The sell-off includes forklifts, conveyor belts, printers, and other supplies on an auction website. Lindell says they can replace all the equipment if stores decide to start selling their products again. The manufacturing space that MyPillow is renting out is in Minnesota.
Lindell is also being sued for $1.3 billion by Dominion Voting Systems for accusing the voting machine manufacturer of rigging the election.
On top of all this, in April, Lindell was ordered to pay $5 million after vowing to pay anyone who could debunk his data regarding the election counts. A software developer, Robert Seidman, successfully disproved the claims and Lindell was subsequently ordered to pay the $5 million within 30 days.
He refuses to pay and tries to get the court to throw out the ruling. The software developer is now asking for the money plus interest.
