Politicians might not always get along.
But in the interest of bringing vital community issues to the widest possible audience, KMPH26 and GV Wire have teamed up.
The collaboration is “Wired Wednesday.”
Every Wednesday between 7:30 a.m. and 8 a.m. on KMPH’s “Great Day,” there’s a look at a recent local story on GV Wire.
For example, in the first Wired Wednesday segment, Great Day co-host Kim Stephens and GV Wire News Director Bill McEwen examined the renewed push to pass a sales tax benefiting Fresno State.
This week’s segment dealt with Assemblymember Joaquin Arambula’s bill to add four public members to the board that oversees spending of the Measure C transportation sales tax.
We promise to talk about a lot more than taxes in future segments.
So, be sure to check out Great Day. And, if you miss Wired Wednesday, you can view past segments at this link.
