Mammoth Mountain is opening on Friday morning, as is Palisades Tahoe.
Closer to Fresno, China Peak says it received 10 to 14 inches of snow from the storm.
The ski resort near Huntington Lake said on its website that it’s “still shooting for a Thanksgiving opening if not sooner.”
