Opinion: On Infrastructure, Biden Has Taken Presidential Incompetence to a New Level

Marc A. Thiessen says that President Joe Biden has reached a new low of presidential incompetence. During a time when he desperately needed a win, he instead tanked his own bill by urging members of his own party not to vote for one of his top legislative priorities and then threatening to veto it.
