Bakersfield Police Broke 31 People’s Bones in Four Years. No Officer Has Been Disciplined for It

Bakersfield police officers used force that broke at least 45 bones in 31 people from 2016-2019, and in all of the cases, the department determined that none of the officers involved violated departmental policy.
