“It is with a heavy heart that we notify our loyal customers of this temporary closure effective 7/21/20,” reads part of the post from the restaurant at 3659 E. Ventura Ave.
Two Week Closure
The owners decided to close the restaurant for the next two weeks for the rest of the team to quarantine at home.
The goal is for the restaurant to reopen Monday, Aug. 3.

[covid-19-tracker]Employers’ Responsibility
Employers in the city of Fresno now must notify their employees if there is a positive COVID-19 case in the workplace.
That was one part of a change to the city’s emergency order approved by the Fresno City Council on July 16.
CDC Guidelines for Return to Work
The CDC recently updated its guidelines to say a person doesn’t necessarily need to get a COVID-19 test before returning to work.
Additionally, the person only needs 24 hours of non-fever symptoms before they can discontinue isolation. Previously, the CDC had suggested three days.
However, patients with severe illness, the duration of isolation for up to “20 days after symptom onset may be warranted.”
