Fresno Unified said Saturday night that it will provide breakfast and lunch for students at all school sites at the regularly scheduled times on Monday and Tuesday.
The district also anticipates having a streamlined meal distribution plan in place beginning Wednesday as it and districts throughout the country work to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Students can go to any school for grab-and-go meals. They don’t have to go to their own school.

Medicine Retrieval Set for Monday and Tuesday

In regard to retrieving student medicine stored at schools, families will be able to retrieve them at schools on Monday and Tuesday.
Other than for meal distribution and retrieving medicines, school offices and the district office will be closed to the public.

COVID-19 Call Center Set Up

Anyone with questions can call the district’s COVID-19 center, 559 457-3395 during business hours.
Details on the breakfast and lunch plan beginning Wednesday will be posted at fresnounified.org, as will any other updates.

Central Unified Meals Continue

Central Unified School District Superintendent Andy Alvarado said Friday that students can pick up free breakfast and lunch at these schools: Biola-Pershing, Polk, Saroyan, Teague, and Tilley elementary schools, and Central High East on Mondays through Fridays, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Clovis Unified School Meals Start Tuesday

Monday’s parent update will provide the times and details of the meal service.
Students whose prescription medication is being held on a Clovis Unified campus will be able to pick up it up Tuesday. The pickup times will be included in tomorrow’s parent update.
In addition, laptops or any other belongings left by students at school can be picked up on Tuesday. Office times will be in Monday’s update.
